We are seeking a passionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team in
Five Points, MN . This school-based role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement
individualized therapy plans
tailored to student needs. Work collaboratively with
teachers, parents, and school staff
to support student progress. Attend and contribute to
IEP meetings
and maintain detailed records. Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
Pre-K through 12th grade . Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Minnesota state SLP license
(or eligibility). ASHA
CCC-SLP certification
preferred. School-based or pediatric experience is a plus. Skills & Abilities:
Strong
communication and collaboration skills . Ability to tailor therapy approaches to individual student needs. Proficiency with technology for
documentation and teletherapy (if applicable) . Benefits:
