A full-semester contract position is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Chicago, IL. This role involves assessing and addressing the cognitive, emotional, and social development needs of students to foster a positive school environment and promote academic success.

Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic or behavioral challenges Assist in crisis response and contribute to the development of behavior management strategies Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to inform educational decisions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state certification or licensure for School Psychologists Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently Location: Chicago, IL This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student well-being during the academic semester.
