Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs). Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated support systems for students. Assist in crisis intervention and prevention activities within the school community. Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Desired Qualifications: Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Illinois. Experience working with K-12 student populations. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
