Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students to identify learning needs and support strategies Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support students' social-emotional development Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute expertise on student behavior and learning Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and district policies Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working within K-12 school settings Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and special education laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Location: This position is based in Naperville, IL, serving a dynamic K-12 educational community.
