This position is seeking four Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 school setting located in Eunice, NM. These are contract roles for the 2025-2026 school year, running from July 22, 2025, to May 29, 2026.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. The position involves delivering speech-language support to students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Therapists will manage caseloads ranging from 40 to 55 students, providing both direct and indirect services. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., totaling 7.5 hours per day. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy to students across a wide range of ages and needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations relevant to school-based therapy. Participate in professional development and credentialing activities as required. Qualifications: Active New Mexico SLP license is mandatory. Bachelors degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not required.
