A K-12 School in Baltimore, MD is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and School SLP certification for a contract position lasting the entire school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students K-12, addressing a wide variety of communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Conduct student evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation according to state and federal regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success. Provide strategies and training to support students communication needs within the classroom setting. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Current state-required certification for School Speech-Language Pathologists. Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
