A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-26 school year at a K-12 school located in Ada, OK. This is a full-semester contract position providing in-person services to students across grades 4 through 7 with a variety of needs.

The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. The caseload includes 25-30 students presenting with a range of disabilities. Some students require speech-only therapy, while others have learning disabilities or health impairments that impact communication. Therapy sessions were previously scheduled 2-3 days per week. An SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) will be provided to support service delivery. Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for students with diverse speech and language disorders Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student communication skills and academic progress Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations Participating in IEP meetings and providing professional recommendations for communication goals Qualifications and desired experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA Experience working with school-aged children across multiple disability categories Ability to design and modify therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Willingness to work fully in-person and manage a caseload with varied therapy requirements This position offers valuable professional experience in a supportive educational environment focused on student growth.
