Responsibilities include: Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior strategies effectively Monitoring student progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans Providing training and consultation to staff on applied behavior analysis techniques Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and school policies Desired qualifications and experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong analytical and communication skills to convey behavior plans clearly to diverse teams Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate documentation Collaborative approach to working with school personnel and families Location: Methuen, Massachusetts (onsite at a K-12 school) This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes through applied behavioral support.
