Overview
This position will be responsible for supporting Solid State Drive controller products for specific customers. This position will work closely with customers and collaborate with the core engineering team. Responsibilities
Competent to work independently with cross-functional departments. Responsible for project management including the technical relationship with the assigned customer. The FAE should be the go-to person for the customer’s technical contacts. Responsible for handling the first level for all technical matters including product discussions, FA/debug, JIRA tracking/closure and project monitoring. Work with firmware/system/ASIC engineers on resolving customer issues. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years field support experience in the semiconductor industry Proficient in verbal, written and presentation skills Familiar with system hardware design Good knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout Strong ability to comprehend technical discussions and write notes/summaries Must enjoy working with dynamic people and building client relationships Familiar with PC system architecture and Windows/Linux OS environments Experience in SSD system debugging and SSD firmware is a plus Good knowledge of NAND flash, SATA, PCIe and NVMe standards is a plus Compensation
$140,000 - $180,000 per annum Benefits and Culture (SMI-USA)
