The starting pay range is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with compensation determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles, while keeping a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Support shrink reduction goals and programs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
