Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction programs and participate in safety awareness Other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits Benefits include: Associate discount; EAP; smoking cessation; bereavement; 401(k) contributions; child care and cell phone discounts; pet and legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses.
