Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours and occasional Saturdays Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies related to customer accounts in an effort to provide first contact resolution. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor. Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate products and services. Responds to general customer inquiries Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask assigned responsibilities
