This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse learners while maintaining the flexibility of remote instruction. You'll serve as both educator and advocate, ensuring each student receives individualized attention and appropriate accommodations to reach their full potential. Primary Duties
Design and deliver engaging virtual lessons aligned with IEP objectives Assess student progress using multiple evaluation methods Collaborate with general education teachers on inclusion strategies Develop behavior intervention plans and positive support strategies Coordinate with related service providers including speech therapy and occupational therapy Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and transition planning sessions Provide consultation services to support student success Student Services
Provide specialized instruction to students with various exceptionalities across all academic areas. Support includes direct teaching, curriculum modifications, assistive technology integration, and social-emotional learning strategies. Work with students in both pull-out and co-teaching models within the virtual environment. Technology Integration
Utilize advanced educational technology tools to create interactive and accessible learning experiences. Our comprehensive platform includes video conferencing, digital whiteboards, adaptive software, and progress monitoring systems designed specifically for special education instruction. Qualification Requirements
