Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families

Use evidence-based strategies to support functional academics, communication, and daily living skills
Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment
Collect data and monitor progress toward IEP goals
Qualifications:
Required:
Valid Virginia Special Education teaching license
Endorsement in Special Education General Curriculum K12 or Adapted Curriculum
Preferred: Experience working in self-contained or life skills classrooms Knowledge of assistive technology, AAC devices, and behavioral support strategies Strong collaboration and communication skills Why Join This Team?
