A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide temporary coverage during a mid-year maternity leave. This role serves students from early childhood special education through high school across two K-12 school locations in the Ellsinore and Ellington, Missouri areas.

Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to a mixed caseload of students, ranging from Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) through high school. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement interventions tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress. Provide services for approximately 8 hours per day, 4 days per week. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, school, and teletherapy settings. Previous completion or active participation in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Ability to manage a mixed caseload and adapt therapy strategies for diverse age groups. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work across two school locations.
