This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a dynamic role in a K-12 educational setting located in Ozark, MO. Serving two school buildings, this contract position offers a mixed caseload of approximately 35-40 students ranging from early childhood special education (ECSE) through 4th grade, as well as high school students. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across early childhood and high school age groups. Implement individualized treatment plans and track student progress. Collaborate with educators, principals, and the Director of Special Services to meet student needs. Utilize both in-person and teletherapy techniques to enhance communication outcomes. Maintain compliance with educational and healthcare regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensed or eligible for SLP Missouri Certification. Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school-based settings preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of 35-40 students effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families. Work Schedule and Reporting: Full-time, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Contract duration aligns with the normal school year (NSY). Reporting directly to building principals and the Director of Special Services.
