A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services for students in grades 3-5 within a K-12 school setting located in Windsor, CT. This contract position runs from December through March for the current school year (CSY). The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with caseloads consisting primarily of pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades 3-5. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Provide teletherapy sessions as needed to ensure continuity of care. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services and student progress. Supervise Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. Professional credentials suitable for school-based practice. Availability for full-time work during the December to March period.
