A dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting serving a 5th grade male student with behavioral challenges. This full-time, contract position involves working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., supporting the student on a one-to-one basis and performing essential RBT responsibilities.

Location: Philadelphia, PA Responsibilities: Provide individualized 1:1 behavioral support to a 5th-grade student Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection in accordance with RBT protocols Collaborate with educational staff to promote the student's progress Maintain consistent communication regarding the students needs and advancements Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices as outlined for RBT professionals Qualifications and Experience: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience working with school-aged children exhibiting behavioral challenges preferred Must have BCBA supervision arranged independently or be open to virtual BCBA supervision provided by the agency, as onsite BCBA supervision is not available Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a school environment Benefits: Full-time hours with consistent weekday schedule Supportive virtual BCBA supervision available if needed Direct communication with the director, who is prepared to conduct interviews immediately This position offers a meaningful way to impact a students educational experience and behavioral growth through dedicated support.
