This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, with orientation commencing August 4-5 and student interaction starting August 11, concluding May 21, 2026. Part-time candidates may be considered for a 37.5-hour workweek, offering flexibility within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate student participation in classroom activities by supporting fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care abilities. Adapt tasks or surroundings to accommodate individual student needs. Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing as appropriate. Generate clear, comprehensive reports following assessments and observations. Develop and maintain IEP objectives and accommodations to meet student goals. Collaborate effectively with parents and educational teams to monitor student progress and address challenges. Qualifications: Hold or be eligible for an Illinois state license for Speech-Language Pathology. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive within a collaborative team setting.
