A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide specialized services in an elementary school setting. This contract position involves working with a diverse caseload of PreK through 8th-grade students across 2-3 sites, with up to 55 students requiring support.

Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEP development and review Qualifications: Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, preferred Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families Flexibility to provide services at multiple school sites Location: Fremont, CA This position offers the opportunity to positively impact the communication skills and academic success of elementary and middle school students.
