A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving elementary and middle school students in Sunnyvale, California. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment across 2-3 school sites, providing services to a diverse caseload of up to 55 students ranging from PreK through 8th grade.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student progress and inclusion Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert input on student goals and accommodations Desired Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license or certification Experience working with students from PreK to 8th grade, preferably in a school setting Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students with diverse speech and language needs Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of state and federal special education guidelines and best practices for speech therapy Location: Sunnyvale, California assignment includes support across multiple elementary and middle school sites.
