A Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed to support an elementary school setting in Elgin, IL. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply specialized skills in behavior analysis to enhance student development during the current school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement behavior strategies in the classroom. Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed to maximize effectiveness. Provide training and guidance to teachers and caregivers on behavioral techniques. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist in an educational environment. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students and multidisciplinary teams.
