A position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in Chicago, IL. This contract role spans the school year and offers the opportunity to apply behavior analysis principles to support student learning and development.

Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses. Designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes. Monitoring progress through data collection and adjusting interventions as needed. Providing training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies. Ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 educational environments. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation. Location: The role is based in Chicago, Illinois, within a public or private K-12 educational setting.
