A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in an educational setting located in Elgin, IL. This role requires applying evidence-based behavior analysis practices to improve student outcomes and collaborating closely with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Provide direct behavioral therapy services and support to students. Train and mentor teachers and staff on behavior management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive support plans. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards. Desired Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges. Strong skills in functional behavior assessments and treatment planning. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Familiarity with educational environments and collaborative team practices. Location: Elgin, Illinois Contract Duration: Full semester with the potential for renewal depending on performance and program needs.
