Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each student Track progress carefully through detailed documentation and data collection Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to support student success Educate and involve families in therapy techniques and progress to maximize outcomes Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively Ability to function independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team This role requires active licensure approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and a Masters degree or higher.
