An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist experienced in home health, healthcare, and school settings to provide specialized in-home services for a student requiring special education support. This role is based in Washougal, WA, and involves delivering therapy within a high school environment under a contract for the 2025/2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person, in-home occupational therapy services to a single student. Conduct 2 sessions per week, each lasting 40 minutes of direct service. Allocate 15 minutes weekly for consultation activities. Collaborate with educational and healthcare teams to support the student's individualized needs and integration in educational settings. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with program requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Valid occupational therapy license with experience in home health, healthcare, and school-based therapy. Ability to deliver therapy effectively in a home setting. Experience working with special education students, preferably at the high school level. Strong communication skills for consultation and collaboration with educators, families, and healthcare professionals. Flexibility to meet scheduled service days and adapt to student needs.
