We are seeking a dedicated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our team in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students, collaborating with educators, and implementing effective behavior intervention plans that foster student growth and success.

Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators.
Train and coach school staff in evidence-based behavior strategies and classroom management.
Monitor and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with parents, IEP teams, and school staff to support student needs.
Requirements: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Current
BCBA certification .
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits: Pay range:
$50$60/hour
(depending on experience and district)
