• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related accounting or customer service role.• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and related financial systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle dispatching responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
