Watsonville, CA Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 5 years. Develop individualized treatment plans that enhance students' participation and success in the classroom environment. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals and promote best practices. Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification. Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings preferred. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and pediatric therapy techniques. Ability to engage effectively with young children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Benefits and Compensation: Competitive weekly pay ranging from $50 to $70 per hour based on experience.
