A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an early childhood school serving PreK students aged 3-5 years. This contract role is located in Gilroy, CA, and focuses on providing specialized OT services to young learners in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to preschool-aged children. Collaborate with educational staff and families to support each child's developmental goals. Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive technology. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist license. Experience working with early childhood populations in a school environment. Knowledge of developmental milestones for preschool-aged children. Strong communication skills to engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a caseload and maintain efficient documentation. Location: Gilroy, California Benefits: Competitive weekly pay between $50 and $70 per hour, depending on experience.
