Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Collaborate with educators and families to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments and monitor student progress throughout the school year. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, compliant documentation. Utilize therapeutic techniques that promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones and intervention strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills to engage with children, families, and staff effectively. Commitment to professional growth, including continuing education. Location: Salinas, California Contract Duration: Non-Substitute Year (NSY), 2025-2026 School Year Benefits: Weekly pay with a competitive rate between $50 and $70 per hour, commensurate with experience.
