Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop treatment plans
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Work with students on motor skills, daily living activities, and sensory integration
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and planning
Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience: Experience in school-based settings or working with children
Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes
