A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Occupational Therapist (OT) are needed for a K-12 school setting in Newellton, LA. Both positions are contracted for the full school year (NSY) and provide services to students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy and occupational therapy services to K-12 students. Develop individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and assessments. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies. Deliver therapy through various settings, including in-person and teletherapy (for SLP). Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning. Qualifications for Speech-Language Pathologist: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and school-based settings. Ability to provide teletherapy services. Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Qualifications for Occupational Therapist: Licensed or certified as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with K-12 student populations. Ability to develop and implement therapeutic interventions within the school environment.
