A full-semester contract position is available for a School Social Worker to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Austin, Minnesota.

Responsibilities include: Providing individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention plans. Connecting students and families with community resources and support services. Conducting assessments and monitoring student progress related to social and emotional well-being. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintaining appropriate documentation. Qualifications: Licensed or certified social worker with experience in school settings preferred. Knowledge of child and adolescent development and mental health issues. Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with educational systems and community resources within Minnesota.
