MondayFriday | Full School Year | Approximately 37.5 hours/week We are seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to provide services to a caseload of approximately 50 students across general education and mild/moderate special education settings. The role includes a mix of direct therapy and consultative services, supporting students' access to curriculum and daily school activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy to students based on IEP goals
Offer consultative support to staff and families to help integrate OT strategies into the school day
Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families to promote functional outcomes
Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
Maintain documentation and data tracking in accordance with district and compliance standards
Qualifications: Current California Occupational Therapy License
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
