Approximately 50 students, ages PreK12 Location:
Onsite only (no virtual services) Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to students from PreK through 12th grade. The OT will evaluate students, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help students access the educational curriculum and succeed in school settings. Responsibilities: Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs
Develop individualized goals and treatment plans as part of the IEP process
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
Attend and participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
Provide input on accommodations, classroom modifications, and assistive equipment
Qualifications: Current California OT license and NBCOT certification
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and educational service delivery
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
