An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher specializing in Learning and Behavior Disorders (LBD) within an elementary school setting. This full-time, contract position spans the upcoming school year and is located in Richmond, KY, starting on August 25th when students return.

Addressing high behavioral needs with proactive classroom management practices, while currently no vocational responsibilities are included. Desired qualifications and experience: Proven background working with students diagnosed with Learning and Behavior Disorders (LBD), ideally with elementary-aged children. Ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans that accommodate varying learning styles and abilities. Strong classroom management skills tailored for students with behavioral needs. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with faculty and families. Valid teaching certification in special education or relevant credential.
