We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team in a fully
remote role , supporting K-12 students in Michigan public and charter schools. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students succeed, proficient in delivering teletherapy services, and comfortable collaborating with educators and families in a virtual setting. Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and student progress
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents
Utilize digital tools and platforms for therapy, data tracking, and communication
Stay compliant with Michigan state and district guidelines for school-based SLP services
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Michigan SLP license
(Required)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
At least 1 year of school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
Experience or training in teletherapy platforms and best practices
Strong communication, time management, and technology skills
Reliable high-speed internet and a secure, distraction-free remote work environment
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with IEP systems such as SEIS, PowerSchool, or similar
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Flexibility in caseload management and scheduling
