Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers. Involve and educate families to support therapy goals and reinforce progress outside sessions. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida. Preferred possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for team collaboration and family engagement. Proven ability to work independently while coordinating care within a team environment. Active license approval by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology required.
