This role involves overseeing the Autism program and providing essential behavioral support across multiple school sites in the Jersey City, NJ area.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload spanning grades K-12, implementing individualized behavior support strategies. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and develop tailored interventions. Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aimed at promoting positive behavioral outcomes. Provide itinerant services, working across 3 to 4 different schools to support diverse student populations. Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to ensure the effective delivery of behavior analytic services. Qualifications and Experience: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and develop intervention plans. Prior experience overseeing autism programs and providing behavior support in school settings. Location: Jersey City, NJ Benefits and Perks: Competitive compensation ranging from $50 to $60 per hour. Eligibility for healthcare benefits. Housing and meals/incidentals provided.
