This full-time opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supporting students across Grades K-12. Serving a K-12 school environment, the position involves working itinerantly across 3 to 4 schools, with a primary focus on overseeing the Autism program and providing comprehensive behavior support.

Key responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students Providing ongoing behavior support and consultation to educators and staff Managing a caseload spanning Grades K through 12 Traveling between multiple school locations to ensure consistent services Qualifications and experience sought: Current BCBA certification (required) Demonstrated expertise in supporting students across middle school (Grades 6-8) and high school (Grades 9-12), as well as elementary levels (Grades K-5) Strong knowledge of behavior analysis best practices and Autism interventions Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites This contract position offers compensation ranging from $50 to $60 per hour. In addition, eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals, providing valuable support throughout the school year.
