Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction and support tailored to students individual education plans (IEPs) in a virtual environment. Complete and maintain accurate special education paperwork in compliance with relevant regulations and timelines. Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress and address individual learning needs. Monitor and report on student growth and behavioral plans as necessary. Utilize educational technology to enhance virtual learning experiences. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and educational strategies. Ability to manage documentation efficiently while delivering effective direct services. Excellent communication skills and a student-centered approach. Location: Youngstown, OH (Virtual assignment with local school district) Work Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week.
