Key Qualifications: Valid Moderate/Severe Special Education teaching credential. Experience working with elementary students, specifically grades 1-3. Ability to deliver instruction in an ESN classroom focusing on moderate to severe special needs. Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and tailored instructional strategies. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and staff. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with moderate to severe disabilities. Provide differentiated instruction and support for academic and social development. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, therapists, and general education staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and procedures. Location: Santa Rosa, CA Employment Details: Full-time position. Direct hire opportunity. Job duration: Current school year (CSY).
