Contract, Non-School Year Renewal Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech-language therapy for K-12 students across 3-4 different schools during the workweek. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student communication skills. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies and regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-focused IEP development. Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC credential. Experience serving K-12 students in educational settings. Strong organizational skills to manage caseload across multiple school locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs.
