A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within an elementary school setting. This position is itinerant and focused on delivering behavior analysis services across multiple locations within the district. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. Implement and monitor behavior support strategies for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure effective integration of behavior plans. Provide training and guidance to school staff regarding behavioral principles and interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development. Required Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary-aged students. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and team members. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple school sites.
