Utilize positive behavioral interventions and supports to promote social and emotional growth. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with elementary-aged children in a special education setting. Strong knowledge of special education laws, inclusive practices, and IEP development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to create a supportive and motivating classroom environment that promotes student engagement.
