A full-time, onsite opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high school students during the entire school year in Fremont, CA. This contract position involves delivering specialized behavioral services within a K-12 school environment, with a focus on managing a high school caseload. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to students, staff, and families. Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to implement effective behavioral strategies. Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Facilitate training sessions for school staff on behavior management techniques. Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Proven experience working with high school-aged students in educational settings. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
