This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support high school students with behavioral needs related to emotional disabilities. Located in Fremont, CA, this contract position covers the 2025-2026 school year and offers a schedule of 35 hours per week working with a high school caseload.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to high school students with emotional disabilities Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior Follow individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student goals Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times Qualifications and Experience: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with high school students exhibiting behavioral challenges related to emotional disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work 35 hours per week during the 2025-2026 school year in a high school setting This contract position offers valuable experience in behavioral support services within an educational environment.
