Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments for students across K-12 age groups Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to moderate and severe disabilities Deliver therapy services to students in multiple school settings (2-3 schools) on an itinerant schedule Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and other service providers to support student growth and success Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students while maintaining accurate documentation and progress monitoring Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with compliance-related documentation Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure with experience in school-based settings Proven skills working with moderate to severe disabilities in children and adolescents Strong ability to conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Flexibility and reliability to travel between multiple school locations throughout the week Commitment to student-centered care and promoting educational access Location:This position is based in the Escondido area, serving schools within the San Diego region.
