A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide coverage for a 5-week leave at an elementary school setting. The position is a contract role beginning September 2nd and concluding at the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic pediatric caseload in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to approximately 45 elementary-aged children. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports. Deliver services Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures. Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to support student needs and caseload management. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required. Experience in healthcare and pediatric speech-language pathology preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy delivery of services. Eligibility to work under a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or hold current school-based SLP credentials. Strong organizational and communication skills tailored to a school-based environment. Compassionate approach conducive to working with elementary-aged children. Location: Position is based in Warren, Michigan at an elementary school.
